Nutrition is a key part of our body and health healing. Having struggled with chronic digestive and allergy problems since a child i searched for answers in nutrition and diet to heal me. Over the years of living in the Middle east, Africa, Asia and  South America it allowed me to explore global beliefs and health benefits of varies foods only through years of trials.

 

Through studies and personal trials of health benefits of spices ,food combination types and climate - i want to share why certain places in the world people have a lower rate of chronic disease, live longer and how i have tailored diet plans to help me heal and share with you how we can adapt our diet and health in the west back to balance to honour our body and mind.
