Health Food Diets and Plans

For many years I have attempted a number of food diets and plans but more often not just  weight loss and management but also to deal with IBS  issues and once i discovered low FODMAP it changed my life so did other food diets and ingredients and learning how to better meal prep and use healthy ingredients in tasty recipes from all over the world.

Through my passion for food I have been trying h a mixture of diet menus whether you choose to loose weight or just to improve your health i will be outlining recipes, diets, meal prep and plans  to help improve your overall health.
