Part of the mind, body and soul programme is to incorporate exercise and forms of practices that will help you reach your peak level of wellbeing. But like many of us making fitness and exercise part of our routine and especially getting started is never easy.When we come to earth we are given a body the form we are in and we are also given knowledge to through practices of spirituality and healthy lifestyle we learn how to maintain the balance needed to be in the state of wellness.

The scriptures  teach that our soul is composed of our body and spirit. “And the spirit and the body are the soul of man” (Doctrine and Covenants 88 :15). 

​

Being physically active can increase our confidence , improve our mood, and extend our life-span. When we exercise, we are improving our physical well-being while simultaneously fulfilling a spiritual commandment. Exercise is a way of self care and this is critical in showing self compassion. Whether its begins with 10min walk or a simple yoga stretch try anything and till you find what you enjoy and build on it then it becomes part of your habit and lifestyle and will alter so many other aspects like diet and wellbeing.
